Shehe started operating his kiosk business five years ago. He used to work as a farmer but he decided to quit to start this business to earn a better income. He has four children who are attending school. His wife is also a businesswoman and they both contribute to meeting the family needs.They work together to find ways to get ahead and to progress. He is requesting a loan to add stock of wheat flour, sugar, and other fast-selling products.
His life project is to expand his business and open a wholesale business in the future.

This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
