César tiene 57 años, es un hombre bueno, amable y muy empeñoso. Está casado con Rosa, quien es comerciante, tienen diez hijos, a quienes crió y educó de tal manera que ya todos son independientes. Actualmente vive en su casa, a lado de su esposa, a quien desea seguir brindándole una mejor calidad de vida para así poder tener juntos una vejez tranquila.

Su trabajo consiste en la venta de zapatos, zapatillas y sandalias, tanto nuevos como de segundo uso. Para ello cuenta con un pequeño local alquilado en una zona comercial de su localidad, donde atiende a sus clientes y también ofrece el servicio de arreglo de zapatos. Cuando se inició solo vendía los usados, pero con el tiempo fue incrementando su capital y ahora puede vender nuevos. Lleva realizando este trabajo por más de 6 años y desea continuar haciéndolo por muchos años más, pues y le gusta y tiene la libertad de poner su propio horario y días de trabajo. Tiene buenas ventas y eso le permite tener buenos ingresos. Espera, en el futuro, aumentar su capital y su stock de mercadería para ver crecer su negocio.
