Monica is 38 years old and lives in Coast Province, Kenya. She is married and blessed with four children.
She has been selling charcoal for more than four years, earning approximately Ksh 250 per day. Her husband is employed in the private sector.
Monica wants to restock her business. With this goal in mind, she is requesting a loan of Ksh 50,000 to purchase sacks of charcoal for sale. This money will help her provide better living conditions for her family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and open a retail shop.
