Sophia sells clothing for women and men. This is the sole means of support for herself and her family. She tells us that she begins her work day very early every day, returning home when it is very late. Her goal for her business is for it to allow her to be able to get ahead and give her family a proper and honorable life.
Sophia is from Samburu, Kenya. She is a returning client of Yehu Microfinance, and has always fulfilled her obligations very well.
She wants to continue to invest in her business so that it will continue to flourish and expand.
Sophia is requesting this loan in order to buy a variety of types of clothing items so that she will be able to fill her customers' orders. She thanks Yehu Microfinance for the opportunity it is offering her, since receiving this loan will be a big help.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
