Rowel is a farmer who is married and has two young children. He raises crops, planting and harvesting rice to sell. He usually earns about 10,000 PHP each harvest season, twice in a year. He uses his income to pay the school fees of his children.
Now, he would like to strengthen his crop output, so he is asking for a loan of 15,000 PHP to buy fertilizers and insecticides used in farming. This will help nourish his crops and someday produce abundant yields. He promises to pay back his loan in full.
