Nana
Nana is 39 years old. She is married and lives in a small village in Khelvachauri District with her family: her husband, Otar and three children (12, 16 and 17 years old). All three children go to the local school. Otar is a taxi driver; he offers taxi services and has acquired extensive experience in this business. Nana runs an agricultural business. Otar helps his wife in the family business. They have 1 hectare of land, where various vegetables and fruits are grown. They also have 7 bee-hives with bee colonies and produces honey and two milking cows. They milk cows twice in a day and produce dairy food: cheese, curds and yogurt. They sell harvested vegetables, fruits, honey and dairy food on the local open market.

Nana requested a loan for her agricultural business. She plans to expand her bee-keeping and decided to purchase additional bee-hives with bee-colonies. With the increased number of bees Nana and Otar will be able to produce more honey. This will increase the sales from their business. As a result of the increased income, they will be able to improve the living conditions of their three children.
