Fernando Andres
Fernando, 21, lives in Libertad. He's married and has a newborn baby. He and his family live with his parents and he works to support his household.

Fernando works in artisan fishing. It's a family business because his father, who taught him, is the boss. His siblings and in-laws also do the same job. He began learning at a young age, and since then he had a lot of goals, one of which was to have his own boat. A year ago he bought it thanks to a lot of effort, but he has been rewarded.

Currently, in addition to fishing he does tourist walks along the shores of Libertad. He does this job with his brother-in-law. The fishing he generally does in the afternoon until early in the morning, and he does the walks in the morning and on the weekend. Among the products he sells are shrimp, fish, and lobster by the crate or pound.

The loan Fernando is requesting is to buy a new outboard motor.

His challenge for the future is to buy a bigger fiber boat with a more powerful motor.
