The Wangnina 7 group is made up of three friends who live in the same district. The representative of this group, whose name is Gilbert, is the one with his hand raised in the photo. He is 25 years old and married to a merchant by the name of Aminath. The couple has two children, both in their care and one of which is their own child. Gilbert lives with his wife and children. The couple cover the various household expenses between them. Gilbert attended school very little but learnt the refrigeration trade and has been practising this profession for a year; it procures him a non-negligible income. Apart from this, Gilbert also sends refrigerator parts. This enables him to respond to his family's needs without any great difficulty. With a view to responding better to customer demand he would like to boost his stock and increase his business volume. Dans le souci de mieux répondre aux exigences de sa clientèle désire renforcer ses stocks de produits et rehausser le niveau de son activité. Pour ce faire, Gilbert désire auprès de ALIDé, un premier crédit, ensemble avec les autres membres du groupe WANGNINA 7.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late.
