She is 31 years old and married to a forwarding agent named Vincent. The couple has four children, some of whom have received schooling. Three of their children still live in their care. Fifamè Christelle lives with her husband and her children. The couple covers the various household expenses together.

Fifamè Christelle has been selling clothing, hair extentions, shoes, and various other items in her region for the past six years now. Fifamè Christelle buys her products in a town in Benin.

This is the first time that Fifamè Christelle and the other members of the NOUTOGBESSI group have sought financial support from ALIDé, in order to increase their working capital, expand their business, and better respond to the needs of their customers.

NOUTOGBESSI est un groupe de trois personnes, dont les membres sont des amies et appartiennent à un même groupe de tontine. La représentante du groupe Fifamè Christelle (dont la main est levée sur la photo), est âgée de 31 ans et est mariée à un transitaire du nom de Vincent. Le couple a quatre enfants, dont certains scolarisés et trois restent à leur charge. Fifamè Christelle vit ensemble avec son mari et ses enfants. Le couple assure ensemble les différentes charges de la maison. Depuis six ans Fifamè Christelle vend des vêtements , des mèches, des chaussures et divers articles dans sa région. Fifamè Christelle achète ses produits dans une vile du Bénin. C’est la première fois que Fifamè Christelle et les autres membres du groupe NOUTOGBESSI sollicitent l’appui financier de ALIDé en vue de renforcer leur fonds de roulement et leur activité et de mieux répondre aux exigences de leur clientèle.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients. This is a Group Loan
