Rehab is a conservative person who prefers not to have her photo published online, so her husband Reyad appears in her Kiva profile photo, pictured next to his taxi.
Rehab is a 37-year-old woman; she is married to Reyad and a mother to three sons and two daughters. Her husband Reyad is employed and gets a low salary, which is not enough to cover the family's needs.
For the past five years, Rehab's husband has had a taxi and has been a taxi driver, which has been a profitable project, but also needs more support to cover the costs.
Rehab wants to share with her husband in improving the family's income to live with her family in better conditions, so she is requesting a 2,000 USD loan from FATEN to help her husband cover the costs of of licensing and insuring the taxi. This will enable Rehab's husband to move legally from one area to another and work extra hours and take more requests, which will lead to increasing and improving the family's income.
