Ry is 55 years old. She is married and resides with three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been selling groceries for more than three years, earning approximately $4 daily. Her husband is a driver. In addition, he is involved in growing lotus. He earns about $6 daily. One of her children is a construction worker who earns about $3 each day. Ry is requesting a loan of $1500 to pay for passport expenses. This money will help her children go to work in Thailand legally. In the future, she would like to purchase a car to carry vegetables to sell from Kampong Chhnang to Phnom Penh and rebuild her house to make it more convenient for her family.
