Sinoun is 39 years old. She is married and lives with her three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in growing rice for more than 20 years, earning approximately $3 daily. Her husband makes drums to sell. He earns about $4 each day.
Sinoun is requesting a loan of $800 to purchase cattle to use for tilling her farmland. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn bachelor degrees. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her present house to make it more comfortable for her family.
