Thech is 33 years old. She is married and blessed with one child, and lives in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. She has been selling souvenirs for more than five years, earning approximately $5 per day. Her husband is a motor taxi driver who earns about $5 each day. In order to improve her family’s finances, Thech is requesting a loan of $500 to purchase more souvenirs to resell. By doing so, she would earn more profit to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and send her child to a good school. Moreover, she hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
