For the last three years Mbodze has operated a kiosk from which she sells basic goods to her neighbors. Thanks to the income this activity generates, she is able to contribute to meeting the family's expenses.
In order to meet her growing customer demands, Mbodze is seeking a 30,000 KES loan with Yehu. She will use it to buy more stock for her kiosk.
About Yehu Microfinance TrustThis loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
