Yao sells chilled and frozen food products such as chicken, chicken wings and fish. He is 46 years old and is married to a trader. He has three children aged 12, 17 and 22 who are currently in education. Yao is requesting his first loan from the micro-finance institution WAGES. He is requesting this loan in order to buy supplies so that he can better satisfy the needs of his customers. He launched his business in 2009 and has two people that help him with his activities. He hopes to use the profits gained from this capital to buy a freezer and to open a second store so that he can employ more people and see his family prosper.

Yao est à son premier crédit de WAGES et il sollicite ce prêt pour acheter des marchandises afin de mieux répondre aux besoins des clients. Deux personnes l’aident dans l’exécution de ses taches et il a démarré en 2009. Des bénéfices obtenus de ce capital, il espère acheter un congélateur et ouvrir une deuxième boutique pour employer d’autres personnes et voir sa famille s’épanouir.
