Chhoeun S., a 48-year-old widow living in Siem Reap Province, has run her own laundry business since 2000, earning about $5 U.S. per day. She has six children, two of whom are already married. Three are still students while one is currently employed. Chhoeun wants to purchase wood to build a new house which will also serve as her place of work.
