El señor Julian tiene 45 años de edad y convive con la señora Cirila hace 23 años. Tienen 3 hijos y uno de ellos es discapacitado. Viven en una comunidad lejana, 1ra Candelaria, a 15 km hacia el norte de Colomi. Se dedican a la actividad agrícola y anualmente tienen ingresos económicos estacionales de la venta de papa, oca, papaliza y haba. Ellos cultivan sus productos en dos terrenos, uno de 5 hectáreas y otro de 3 hectáreas, herencia de sus padres. Don Julian y su esposa tienen un hijo discapacitado, debido a lo cual, durante el año tienen gastos para pago de tratamientos hospitalarios y otros. Por este motivo ellos necesitan un préstamo para comprar abono orgánico y semillas de papa, ya que es la época de siembra y necesitan con urgencia esos insumos.
