Dioni Ofilia
Dioni is 56 years old and lives in the city of Camaná, a city which is characterized by having a very warm and friendly climate. At the same time, it is characterized by the cultivation of rice, cotton and lima beans, among other items. Fishing has also developed, above all shrimp fishing. The city is also known for the friendliness of its people. Dioni is married and with her husband she has two wonderful children whom are already older and are the greatest gift that God has given her. In her free time she likes to watch television, especially her favorite soap operas and comedy shows. She also enjoys eating on of her favorite dishes, which is the delicious "arroz chaufa". Due to her parents' limited economic resources, she one went to primary school but would have liked to study for a university degree.

Each day Dioni works her small parcel of land in which she has planted corn and lima beans. She works about 10 hours a day because her crops require much care when she waters and fertilizes the land. She believes that her business is going well for her because she is very responsible and dedicated.

Dioni is very thankful for the Kiva lenders because thanks to the help that they have brought her, she will be able to buy fertilizers for her crops since her crops are growing and at this time some plagues are appearing. With this improvement, she will be able to have a better harvest and her crops will continue growing without any problem. This will allow her to continue working and moving forward to be able to make her largest dream a reality: "To be a great farmer".
