Samedin is a taxi driver. He lives with his wife and two children in Kosovo and works hard to support his family. Due to a lack of family income, he chose to work as a taxi driver because it is the only source of work which allows him to earn enough income to meet the family’s expenses.
He believes he does well in his job because he is very responsible when he drives. He is charismatic and has good relationships with his customers.
Samedin is very happy to receive a loan from KosInvest because it will help him to repair the air conditioner in his vehicle and to reinforce the vehicle doors.
His goal is to have a safer vehicle for transporting his customers. He is confident that this will allow him to increase his income and thereby improve his family's standard of living.
KosInvest is a micro-enterprise development organization that provides loans to help people in rural Kosovo generate more income and improve their living conditions.
