On his own initiative and thanks to support from his parents, Manuel has worked as a security guard for several years in a firm in the city. He works about 12 hours daily. Manuel is happy with his work since he’s held in high regard because of his good work and the kind, respectful way he treats others.
Manuel is very grateful to Kiva lenders because thanks to the help they’ve given him he will buy supplies like rush matting, stalks, posts, lumber and wire to replace the roof and rear fence at his house. In this way Manuel will have a safer house that’s in better condition until he reaches his dream of building his house with adequate, resistant materials.
Por iniciativa propia y gracias al apoyo de sus padres, desde hace varios años Manuel trabaja como agente de seguridad de una empresa de su ciudad, el labora un aproximado de 12 horas diarias, Manuel se encuentra a gusto en su trabajo ya que lo consideran mucho por su buen desempeño y su trato amable y respetuoso hacia los demás.
Manuel se encuentra muy agradecido con los prestatarios Kiva, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá comprar materiales, tales como: esteras, cañas de huayaquil, palos, madera y alambres para poder realizar el cambio de techo y el cercado de la parte trasera de su vivienda; de esta manera Manuel podrá contar con una vivienda más segura y en mejores condiciones, hasta que pueda cumplir si gran sueño de construir su vivienda con materiales adecuados y resistentes.
