Channy is 27 years old. She is widowed and resides with her two children in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia. She has been running a business of purchasing fruits to resell for more than ten years, earning approximately $10 per day. In order to improve her business, Channy is requesting a loan of $1,500 to purchase more fruits to resell. By doing so, she can earn more profits to support her family.
In the future, she would like to use the profit to expand the business and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees. Moreover, she hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
