Demesia
Demesia is a 35 year old woman who lives in the city of Nazca with her 4 children. Sadly, for a variety of reasons, she separated from her husband, and since then she has acted as both father and mother to her children. Demesia always has been a very hardworking and persevering person, whose dream is to be able to get her children ahead in life and to achieve for them a better quality of life. Because of her need to work and to cover her own expenses, she was only able to finish her secondary school studies, but she would have liked to be able to study for a professional career. In her free time, she likes to take a little time to read, and sometimes she makes delicious traditionally cooked beans to share with her brats.

On her own iniciative, and with great effort and enthusiasm, Demesia began her small business of fashionable clothing sales. She does her work walking the streets and through the markets of her city, giving about ten hours a day to her business. Demesia believes her business is going well because she receives a good reception due to her clothing selection and the good treatment that she offers to her customers.

Demesia is very thankful to the lenders at Kiva, since thanks to the help she has been given, she will be able to buy merchandise like sweaters, pants, polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, etc. In this way, Demesia will have her business better stocked with clothing items for the current season, and she will be able to increase her sales and her income, with which she wants to begin saving the money necessary to rent a location for a clothing store of her own.
