Meteur is a cash crop farmer in Nakuru town and has been in the business for four years. He mostly plants maize as well as beans and bananas. He is 50 years old, married to Nemama, and has six children.

This will be Meteur's fourth loan, and he plans to use the amount to buy fertilizer and seeds for planting. He also plans to use part of it to pay the farm workers. Being a rainy season, he hopes to make more profit, with which he plans to buy more cattle for dairy farming.

In the future, he hopes to invest in large-scale farming and to improve the living standards of his family as well as provide employment to other people in his area.
