Sopheap is 33 years old. She is married and resides with three children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been making flat baskets to sell for more than ten years, earning approximately $2 per day. Her husband is a construction worker who earns about $5 per day.
Due to the difficulty in her family’s transportation, Sopheap is requesting a loan of $800 to purchase a motorbike for commuting. This purchase will help her reduce transportation expenses. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees. Moreover, she hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
