La contínua suspención del servicio de enrgía eléctrica es uno de los principales problemas relativos a servicios públicos en la República Dominicana. En algunas áreas, casi siempre las más pobres, hay días en que cortan el servicio de energía eléctrica temprano en mañana y no lo reestablecen hasta después de 8 y 10 horas. José necesita energía eléctrica para poder realizar su trabajo.
Jose es casado, su esposa es profesora de primaria y tienen un hijo de 7 años que está en segundo grado de primaria.
El sueño de Jose es ampliar su negocio para con el timpo tener su casa propia y así tener un lugar cómodo y seguro donde criar a su niño.
