Davy is 30 years old. She is single and resides with two sisters and one brother in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than seven years, earning approximately $3 per day. Her sisters and brother are employed. They are a garment worker, a hair dresser and a teacher. Approximately, they earn $13 per day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Davy is requesting a loan of $800 to purchase more equipment for her sister to expand her hair salon. This money will help her earn more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to run a clothing shop and rebuild her present house to make it more comfortable for her family.
