Khitam, who appears in the photo pictured next to her vehicle, is a 42-year-old woman. She is married and a mother to seven daughters. Three of her daughters are university students. Khitam's husband is employed and gets a low salary, which is not enough to cover the family's needs and pay the education expenses.
For the past three years, Khitam's husband has also been selling plastic products like plates and cups from a stall he has. That has been a profitable project, but also needs more support to cover the costs.
Khitam wants to live in better conditions with her family, so she is requesting a 2,000 USD loan from FATEN to help her complete the price of purchasing a new vehicle. This will facilitate the movement of Khitam and her family from one place to another and help Khitam's husband to carry the plastic products to his stall, which will increase sales and improve the family's income.
