Pedro
Pedro is 36 years old, married, and has two children. He is an accountant and does well in that area. He rents a house in which he lives and works as an accountant, and it is here that he does his very sought-after work. He says that since he was a small child, he liked numbers. When he was getting his bachelor's degree in accounting, he realized that it was the field that he wanted to learn.

He purchases everything that he needs for his office in the bookstores in the city, so the jobs he does with his sister are small.

The loan is to purchase 18 metal sheets, nails, and to pay for labor in order to repair the roof of his house, which is made of tile. It is in poor condition; some of the tiles are cracked, others sliding down the roof. When it rains, a lot of water leaks, getting everything in the house wet including his work materials. With the investment, he will improve his health, since humidity is good for mold, and there are two children in the house that won't run the risk of getting sick anymore.

Pedro wants to repair the front of his house and build steps, since it fills with water when it rains, and also wishes to repair the drainage system so that the rainwater flows better.
