She will use the requested 1500 new soles to buy building materials and supplies (rebar, tubes, nails and others) and will pay labor costs to build more rooms and be able to have more tenants.

Alicia tiene 54 años, es una mujer con muchas ansias de progresar, además de ser alegre y sociable. Su pareja es Ramiro, quien es maestro de construcción civil, y el padre de sus dos hijos. Vive en su casa propia, la que construyó en el terreno que compró años atrás, en compañía de su hija y sus dos nietos.

Ella se dedica al alquiler de habitaciones, tiene 10, las que instaló en la parte de atrás de su vivienda, cobrando 100 nuevos soles por cada una. Empezó hace más de 5 años con un capital propio, logrando hacer crecer su negocio de a pocos, y el tiempo le ha valido para hacerse muy conocida. Esto le permite tener un ingreso económico regular para el sostén de su familia y poder pagar los estudios de sus nietos.

Este es su segundo préstamo con la institución MFP y está agradecida al saber que seguirá contando con un apoyo financiero para avanzar con su negocio. Por tanto, se compromete a ser responsable con el pago de sus cuotas como lo fue anteriormente.

Con el préstamo solicitado, de 1500 nuevos soles, comprará materiales de construcción (fierros, tubos, clavos y demás) y pagará la mano de obra para construir más habitaciones y así poder recibir más inquilinos.
