Sharon is 25 years old. She is married to Isaac and they have two children. She operates a cafe and has been in the business for the past two years. She earns a monthly income of 15,000 KES from her business.
This is Sharon's first loan from Kiva partner KADET. She was introduced to KADET by one of our field officers. She will use the loan to purchase sugar, salt and rice to be used in her cafeteria. She hopes to open a maize mill in the near future.
