Hugo trabaja con sus padres en la crianza y venta de animales como cuyes, conejos; negocio que le ayuda a sustentar los gastos de su hogar, al momento necesita incrementar su negocio con la reproducción de sus animales, es por eso que realiza un crédito a Fodemi el mismo que será invertido en la compra de cuyes y conejos de raza para reproducirlos y que la nueva generación sea de buena calidad, también utilizará el crédito en la reconstrucción de los corrales ya que los actuales estan detereorados.

Hugo sueña en tener un terreno para poedr tener su propio negocio de animales y así poder sustentar sus estudios.
