Irma is 38 years old. She is married and lives in a small village of the Dmanisi district with her husband and 18-years-old daughter Gia. The family runs an agricultural business. They have a plot of land where they grow potatoes and maize. They sell harvested products at the local open market.
In addition to the agricultural business Irma has a store in the village. She purchases kitchen utensils and miscellaneous household items in the wholesale market in Tbilisi (Capital of Georgia) and sells them in the village. Total average monthly income of the family is 1000 Lari.
To continue operating her business Irma requested a loan. Because of the high demand of her products, she plans to purchase more household items. She plans to add clothing and more kitchen utensils in her store. Irma will diversify the assortment of products for sale and attract new customers. This will increase the sales and Irma will be able to improve living conditions of the family. She hopes for your help and kindness.
