Reith is 36 years old. He is married and resides with two children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. He has been producing Tro (Khmer stringed instrument similar to a violin; it has two strings and is played with a bow) to sell for more than seven years, earning approximately 9 USD per day. His wife helps him run the business.
In order to improve his business, Reith is requesting a loan of 1,200 USD to purchase more tools to use for producing Tro to sell. This money will help him expand his business and earn more money to support the family. In the future, he would like to rebuild his present house to make it more comfortable for his family and help his children earn bachelor’s degrees.
