Lali is 49 years old and lives in a small village of Gardabani District with her husband, Nodar. Nodar uses his own car and offers taxi service to the local population and gets service fees. Lali is busy with an agricultural business. She has two milking cows and produces yogurt which she sells in Tbilisi (Capital of Georgia) and on the local open market as well. Total average monthly income of the family 600 Lari.
Lali requested a loan to rent a little building in her village and open a grocery store and also to purchase stock for the store.This will increase the income of the family. With increased income she will be able to reinvest in the family business to expand it to make it more profitable. The living conditions of Lali and her husband will improve.
