Rabiya is 54 years old and has four children. She works as a cleaning lady in the office of the energy company in Kyzyl-Suu village. To supplement her small salary Rabiya has also been raising cattle at home since 1996. She started her herd with 10,000 som (KGS) and with hard work has expanded it to include a milk cow with calf, two goats, one stier, one horse and 1.8 hectars of land where she grows oats. The monthly profits from milk and dairy sales are 6,000 som (KGS). In order to expand her business further Rabiya has turned to "Bai-Tushum and partners" for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) which she will use to purchase calves. Rabiya will use the profits to continue developing her business.

Благодаря упорному труду Рабии - на сегодняшний день ее хозяйство насчитывает 1 корову с теленком, 2 козы, 1 бычка, 1 лошадь и 1,80 га земли , где она сажает ячмень. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Рабия обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) на покупку скота - молодняка. Доходы от кредита Рабия планирует вложить в дальнейшее расширение своего хозяйства.
