Asunta

She is a hard-working woman whose dream is to help her children become professionals.

La socia Asunta nació en la ciudad de Paucartambo del departamento del Cusco y tiene 50 años edad. (Paucartambo se encuentra a 3 horas de la ciudad del Cusco). Actualmente, ella vive en la ciudad de Calca y está casada y fruto de esta unión tiene tres hijos. (La ciudad de Calca caracteriza por tener hermosos paisajes por ser una zona turística, ganadera y agrícola). Ella pertenece al banco comunal “Clorinda Matto de Turner” de la Asociación Arariwa.

La socia Asunta se dedica a la compra y venta de maíz, ella comprar maíz de diferentes lugares como por ejemplo de Calca, Urubamba y Lares. Ella con el maíz elabora jora de maíz para vender a sus vecinas o compañeras del banco comunal que tienen como actividad principal hacer Chicha de Jora. Ya son 15 años que se dedica a este negocio y le va muy bien gracias al empeño que realiza en su trabajo. En esta oportunidad la socia Asunta requiere el préstamo para comprar maíz.
