Délasse
Délasse is a 43-year-old woman, married to an accountant. She has three children who all go to school. Her oldest child is 15, the youngest is 7.

Since 1993, Délasse has been working as a seamstress and reselling sewing supplies, "pagnes" (colorful West-African fabrics) and damask fabrics. She works alone, from her home and as an itinerant seller, and she usually stocks up in Lomé. Her main difficulty is that her customers sometimes pay on credit.

She is requesting her fourth loan from WAGES for the purchase of damask fabrics, "pagnes" and sewing supplies.

In the coming years, she would like to be able to visit wholesalers in order to choose and order damask fabrics directly from them. She would also like to take better care of her children's needs.
