Jorge Luis
Jorge Luis is 31 years old. He is a very hard worker and is eager to get ahead in life. For ten years, he has been living with the woman who bore him three children, which are the fruit of their great love.

He works repairing three-wheelers and other small vehicles. He has set up a space in his home to see his customers. Sometimes he also makes house calls, since he is very good at his job. He has been in this business a little over five years and gets help from another young man. He also has a three-wheeler van, which he occasionally uses for passanger transportation in order to generate some extra income. He has been doing this for almost two years, and knowing all that he can now offer his family gives him peace of mind.

For the time being he really likes working as a mechanic, because he gets very good pay and the customer base is steady, which allows him to have work every day. He assures us it was hard for him in the beginning because he couldn't serve all the customers, until he was able to have another person to help and the situation improved. Now he hopes to keep working and save a little so that further on he may have a larger business place and stock his shop with repair parts to sell.

This is his second loan with MFP, so he is grateful for the opportunity and the trust deposited in him. On the other hand, he is committed to paying his installments in a timely manner. He also enjoys being a part of the communal bank he belongs to, because he has seen how responsible and supportive its members are.

He will use the amount requested (S/. 1500) to stock his repair shop with several wrenches that he needs. He will buy a new engine and some spare parts and accessories he needs to refurbish his three-wheeler.
