Sat is 44 years old, married, and has been blessed with three now grown-up children, one of whom works in a garment factory in Phnom Penh city. Sat’s main business is to provide construction services to people living in and around Kompong Tom province. He often gets orders from his customers because he has a good business reputation.
To improve his business and make a sustainable income, Sat is taking out a loan in the sum of KHR 4,000,000 to purchase construction supplies and tools used in his current business.
