El Sr. Mario tiene 60 años y es casado con 5 hijos que son todos mayores de 20 años, el se dedica a la construcción de viviendas es maestro contratista, el vive en la zona de Llojeta, este préstamo es su tercera secuencia dentro de la institución, el Sr. Mario va a usar este préstamo para compra de material de construcción ya que él quiere construir su propia vivienda, su razón para solicitar este préstamo es la falta de capital ya que el quiere darles a sus hijos un poco mas de comodidad, el Sr. Mario enfrenta retos en su negocio que son los contratos se deben acabar en un determinado tiempo pero muchas veces no se logra alcanzar, pero el hace lo posible para cumplir sus contratos, su deseo es seguir ampliando su domicilio, realizando departamentos.
