Elle s’active dans la vente de légumes .Elle vend aussi le petit déjeuner. Elle a acquis une expérience de plus de 10ans dans ce domaine .Elle démarre sa journée à 7h 30mn du matin pour la terminer à 20h 30mn. Après avoir vendu le petit déjeuner le matin, elle part étaler sa table ou elle vend des fruits : mangues, pastèques, pommes, bananes. Elle est à son 4ème crédit qui va lui servir à améliorer son stock aussi bien pour les condiments dont elle a besoin pour faire la restauration que pour les fruits.
Madame Aminata s’occupe des petits besoins de ses enfants et participe à la dépense quotidienne du foyer.
Elle a comme projet futur d’ouvrir un grand restaurant avec l’appui des institutions financières comme l’IMCEC.
