Modesto was born in the village of Villa Luz, in Isabela province. He is a farmer. He is married and they have two children. For the past 20 years, he has been living in the town of Ilagan and working in agriculture. He has five parcels of land which were granted to him by his father. Currently, his lands have been cleared.
He will use the PHP 40,000 from the loan to buy seeds to plant corn, and also to carry out the necessary work to prepare the soil. He is the sole support of his household, since his wife is a housewife. He is a longstanding client, and he is very grateful to the institution for the support given to him so he can continue improving his quality of life.
