Tharcisse is 55 years old and the father of four children who range in age from 10 to 20 years old. All of his children are enrolled in school. He earns a living by selling materials which cobblers use to make shoes, and is requesting a loan to buy advanced equipment for making shoes. With the profits from his business, he wants to renovate his house, which was damaged by heavy rain.
