This group is called “In Front of the Steeple”. It is made up of six women from the city of Pinotepe Nacional, Oaxaca. One of their foods of this region is called “coloradito de ti chindas” which are purple mussels that they fish in the lagoons. One of the members of this group is Mrs. Alberta Eugenia, also known as Mrs. Alberta. She is a friendly, creative and hardworking woman.
Mrs. Alberta sells Mexican food such as enchiladas verdes, tostadas, quesadillas, chicken tostadas, cheese empenadas and torts. What she likes most about her business is to cook and to surprise her customers with a desert that they like. Her customers are happy to try her dishes.
Some of the characteristics a person needs to have, in order to do Mrs. Alberta’s job, are to be friendly, active, clean and over all cheerful in order to cheer up the customers.
One of the things she likes the best is to continue with her business and make it grow. Each day her business grows a little more with the help of Vision Found. She is able to buy more ingredients in order to make her Mexican dishes.

Este grupo se llama Frente a la Capillita, cual esta conformado por seis mujeres originarias de la ciudad Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca donde una de sus gastronomías es el coloradito de ti chindas “mejillones de concha de color morado que se pescan en la laguna de corralero.
Una de las integrantes de este grupo es la señora Alberta Eugenia, mejor conocida como mejor doña Alberta, una persona amable, creativa y trabajadora.
Doña Alberta dice que se dedica a la venta de antojitos mexicanos como son enchiladas verdes, tostadas, quesadillas, tostadas de pollo, empanadas de quesillo y tortas.
Dice que una de las cosas que mas le agradan de su negocio es cocinar y sorprender a sus clientes con un postre ya desea que sus las personas estén contentas de probar sus antojitos.
Una de las cualidades que debe de tener una persona para realizar el trabajo que hace doña Alberta son amable, activa, con higiene y sobre todo alegre para contagiar esa alegría a los clientes.
Dice que una de las cosas más lindas que le han pasado es seguir con su negocio y engrandecerlo cada día un poco más y contar con la ayuda de Vision Found ya que va poder comprar más ingredientes para la elaboración de antojitos mexicanos.
