Vannak is 49 years old. She is married and is blessed with three children. She lives in Kampong Kandal Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in the agricultural business for more than ten years, and is successful in her career. She is involved in growing crops. She earns approximately $3 per day. Her husband is a construction worker who earns about $5 per day. Two of her children are employed in a garment factory. They earn about $6 per day. Because her farmland is flooded, Vannak is requesting a loan of $1000 to purchase soil to fill up her farmland. By doing so, she will be able to grow vegetables and other crops in both the rainy season and the dry season. In the future, she would like to expand her business and build a new house as soon as possible.
