Davy is 35 years old. She is a mother of three children and resides with her husband in Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. She has been selling pickled vegetables for more than two years, earning approximately $6 per day. Her husband runs a taxi service (motor taxi). He earns about $5 per day. One of her children is employed in a garment factory and earns about $3 per day. Due to lack of funds, Davy is requesting a loan of $1500 to pay for her daughter’s sewing training fee. This money will help her daughter get a new career and earn more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and rebuild her house to make it bigger and more convenient for her family.
