Jackline is a single mother to two children, and lives in Samburu, Kenya where she operates a retail shop. For the past five years, she’s been selling products at retail to support her home. Her greatest strength in her business development is her independent spirit. This is reflected in the joy she gets from commercial activities that she’s engaged in while selling her products. With the loan she is applying for she wants to add stock by purchasing bags of rice, sugar, bundles of maize flour, wheat flour and other shop-related items.
