В 2000 году , в поисках дополнительного дохода для своей семьи, Бубаим начала свой бизнес в производстве национальных рукотворных ковров ("шырдак") из войлока со стартовой суммы 5,000 сом (KGS). Создав свою группу и наладив производство посредством совместного закупа материалов и надомного исполнения заказов, группа имеет доход от продажи своей продукции около 20,000 сом (KGS) в месяц.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Бубаим обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 30,000 сом (KGS) на закуп необходимого сырья. Доходы от кредита Бубаим совместно с группой планирует вложить в дальнейшее развитие своего бизнеса посредством покупки машинки для пошива национальных головных уборов колпак.
