Mrs.Theab S. is a widow and the mother of four children. One of her children is a motor-taxi driver and all four live on their own. Mrs. Theab S. makes a living by selling porridge from a stand in front of her house. She earns about $1 to $2 a day. Theab S. is a diligent mother who has worked hard to help her children since her husband passed away many years ago. She has to get up very early in the morning to cook her breakfast for her customers. Recently, Mrs. Theab decided that it would be a good idea to purchase some pigs to breed on her piece of land because the leftover food from her food stand makes excellent feed for them. To do this, she needs a loan to help her buy some piglets to breed.
