The committee "Las Divinas," thanks to its effort and collective support, is in its fifteenth loan cycles of the Enterprising Women Program of Fundación Paraguaya. It has 18 members from the city of Asunción, where they all make sacrifices every day to give their families a different future from the one that befell the members themselves, so they could be men and women who are useful to society.

Ezequiela is the group's chair and comments that, thanks to her work and her sacrifice, she has been able to help her family and give them a worthy life. She is a dressmaker and comments that she began with a small dressmaking workshop which she has, with much effort, been gradually expanding. Today it is a very successful microenterprise.

She is seeking the loan for the purchase of cloth, thread, needles, glue and other supplies necessary for her to continue working. Ezequiela and her group are grateful for the help they receive from Fundación Paraguaya and from Kiva.

El comité “Las Divinas” gracias a su esfuerzo y a su ayuda conjunta se encuentra en el décimo Quinto ciclo del programa de Mujeres Emprendedoras de la Fundación Paraguaya, tiene 18 integrantes, de la ciudad de Asunción, donde todas se sacrifican cada día para dar a sus familias un futuro distinto del que a ella toco vivir, para que puedan ser hombres y mujeres de provecho para la sociedad.
Ezequiela es la presidenta de grupo, y comenta que gracias a su trabajo y a su sacrificio ha podido ayudar a su familia y dales una vida digan. Ella es modista y comenta que empezó con un pequeño taller de costura que de a poco y con mucho esfuerzo ha ido agrandando y hoy en dia ya es una microempresaria muy exitosa.
Solicita el crédito para la compra de telas, hilos, agujas, goma, y demás insumos necesarios para poder seguir trabajando. Ezequiela y su grupo agradecen por la ayuda que reciben de fundación paraguaya y de kiva.

The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
